Red Nyquist

Red Nyquist is a collective of electronic live music artists based in
Berlin and Vienna. Together, they steer between wide cinematic scapes and emotionally deep spaces, painting a sonic picture somewhere between Bauhaus and Brutalism. While Stefan Seelenwald has known both Oama Richson and Daniel Archut individually for years, it was only in 2019 that they teamed up in a studio in Berlin for a spontaneous jam-session. With every member having a live-band background, they all embrace the tension between acoustic instruments and dark, deformed electronic vintage-synthesizers. Currently working on their first studio album, the collective can already be found live on the many stages of the international club scene.
